A brief history of marijuana

The use of marijuana for both medicinal and recreational purposes is not new. People started using weed so many years ago documented as far back as 12,000 years ago. Marijuana criminalization occurred in the early 20th century. This wasn’t because of any evidence of risk to public health or safety. However, it was as a result of racial prejudice against an influx of immigrants arriving from Mexico who were using kush or cannabis.

Marijuana is the same every year. However, the THC level varies due to the large number of  pot varieties.
